Returns & Exchanges

At KaiLynn, we want every family to feel happy and confident with their purchase. If the size is not quite right or you need help with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will guide you through the next steps.

This policy applies to online orders placed through KaiLynn's official online store only.

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear returns and exchanges must meet the conditions below.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Please contact us at hello@kailynn.co within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number.
  • Your name and contact details.
  • The item you wish to exchange or return.
  • The reason for your request.
  • Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or missing.

Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back. Sending an item without prior arrangement may delay processing.

General Size or Change-of-Mind Exchange

This applies when:

  • You need a different size.
  • You prefer another available colour or style.
  • The item is not what you expected.
  • You changed your mind.

Conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unmarked and undamaged.
  • All tags, labels, stickers, hygiene liners and original reusable packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be in sellable condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Return delivery fees are borne by the customer.
  • Replacement delivery fees may be borne by the customer unless KaiLynn states otherwise.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, KaiLynn may offer an exchange for another item of similar value or store credit.

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind, wrong-size selection or preference-based returns.

Swimwear Hygiene Conditions

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be accepted for exchange or return if:

  • The item is unworn.
  • The hygiene sticker or liner is fully intact and has not been removed or reattached.
  • All swing tags, labels, stickers and packaging are intact.
