What is KaiLynn?
KaiLynn is a Singapore family swimwear and beachwear brand founded by Jesmiin and Miko. Its name combines “Kai” from Kairyn, Jesmiin’s daughter, and “Lynn” from Verlynn, Miko’s daughter, reflecting a legacy built for them.
Where does KaiLynn deliver?
We deliver to Singapore and Malaysia. Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days before dispatch.
- Singapore: S$5 delivery, or free delivery on orders of S$60 or more. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch via SPX.
- Malaysia: S$10 delivery, or free delivery on orders of S$60 or more. Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch via SF International. Any duties or import charges are borne by the customer.
What is Island Days?
Island Days is KaiLynn’s coordinated family swimwear and beachwear collection for babies, children, women and men. Pieces share the Coral Bloom print and can be mixed and matched across the family.
Can I mix and match Coral Bloom pieces?
Yes. Coral Bloom pieces coordinate across baby, children’s, women’s and men’s styles. Individual product pages show current sizes, stock and product details.
How do I choose a size?
Each product gallery includes its size guide. You can also use our central Size Guide to compare garment measurements in centimetres. The measurements are taken flat and are not body measurements.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a secure tracking link. You can also sign in to your KaiLynn account or visit Track Your Order.
Can I request an exchange or return?
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Swimwear must meet the hygiene and product conditions stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may email us before fulfilment begins, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after processing or dispatch.
